Hi this is Venkat Pulla

Welcome to Impetus Global. Impetus Global is a journey of a man who has three decades of experience that begins  at grassroots work in human services management. A well lived and accomplished life that has many stories to tell from personal to professional experience.  The exposure to variety of situationsand diverse work settings has made me reflect over the years on work, work ethics, human values,  human behaviours particularly how quick we are to expose our meekness and our vulnerability?

Relating to pastoral workers to Presidents of different nations, senior bureaucrats to Ministers, political party workers, Union hats and real workers- it has all been many journeys. Many directions but one destination. The destination of learning comes from each and every experi

Unusual talent, extraordinary wit, humility and willingness to learn from every page in the book of life summarize my approach. My Lectures and training, my conference talks and two-day intensives are completely conversational. I spend more time in audience research even on the day of training ensuring that you go away inspired, well talked into, have motivation to move forward and have picked up some skills that will be handy as you step into your future.

Your future as soon as you step out of conversation.

A short introduction to me reads, as “Dr.Venkat Pulla is an Indian born Australian Human Services Management Consultant, motivational speaker and HR Coach” He served as Head of the School of social work, Northern Territory University, Australia, and has founded the Brisbane Institute of Strengths Based Practice. Venkat s the Principal of Impetus Global Consulting and offering – Strengths Based Strategies for the World”.

For some that would suffice for others they may need more pages of my life. Where did I work for instance the last 30 years? What are my favourite training agendas?  Am I easy? I guess the answers are as follows:

A bunch of enthusiastic adorable kids (the teachers find them difficult to teach) learn to talk, become more competent to engage in some serious conversation, have a laugh and learn to have fun.

Many Psychiatrists and Pediatricians in urban practice find me challenging as I suggest better motivations, new agenda and sell them frontiers that they decided not to dabble before.

Human Resource Managers from Companies such as Tata Chemicals, Mumbai find it interesting to look at my alternative discourses in Strengths based HRD. Strengths based Performance Appraisal Systems. Strengths based resource allocation in teams, and Strengths teams.

I am happy to provide you my resume if you wish to take the opportunity to invite me over to your next training venture.

When you have a moment have a good look at the PDF documents that describe the training contents. Please ask questions so that I can clarify and write a thorough letter or forward a proposal for your consideration.
